is there a site which i can use to calculate the total psu usage for all my pc hardware

so example 450psu

ram 4w
cpu 25w

and less it from my psu to see how much power i am left with

Wattage only tells part of the story. Having enough amperage properly distributed across the various rails is what's really important. There are plenty of online wattage calculators available but unfortunately, the majority of them don't address amperage.
