alrite guys I recently have become concerned about my system. It is hard to explain like this but every say 4 seconds it makes a noise that lasts for around 2 secs every time..this noise is a sort of droning buzzing. As this is so annoying I started thinking what it could be so the fan was my first thought and the psu, I have a fan inbuilt with my psu no other system fans. So I open Hardware Doctor and here is the result http://www.geocities.com/aidanwoodward2002/doctor.jpg as you can see my vddq and vtt levels are not looking very good also it says my fan is on a 2400 rpm speed however with use my psu fan can reach 3600 rpm is this normal? as I am thinking my fan or psu cannot cope with some of my recentish upgrades like new graphix and mobo so it is either overheating my psu or the fans overheating as my system seems very hot? any help appreciated like, I am about to ordeer a new case with a 350 psu to solve the problem but want advice as to weather it could be my HD or something? as I dont want to buy the case and the noise to come back!!!!

The first thing to do is check around and find out where the noise is coming from.

Enter the bios setup routine and check your case and CPU temperatures.
