I am wondering if it is possible to get my playstation 2 online by the following method. I have the internet going from the modem to a router DOWNSTAIRS, and it sends the internet to the upstairs in the same room as the ps2. There is a wireless pci card in the computer. I want to know if i can set up Internet Connetion Sharing and hook my ps2 up to my computer. I know you can do that when the internet goes directly into your computer, but is it possible when its a wireless connnection from a router? Thanks.

Dave.

No. It will not work. You will need to connect directly to the router. Either via cabling or wireless device.

From what I know, you can connect your PS2 like this to play online. Get an ethernet cable from your PS2 to your PC and enable ICS on your wireless network connection and it should work. I'll be testing this out myself in a few days so I can post back..
