Comment:
I have been given a new LCD Projector for christmas,

I am trying to get it hooked up to my comp, but the VGA lead supplied is too short for my needs, and so I have tried connectiong it vi USB. However when I plug it in with USB is isnalss a HID mouse and keyboard!! :S:S

It installs fine when pluged in via VGA.
I have checked the website, and CD for drivers, with no success.

Also, I am trying to link it to my VCR so I have Freview and Video through it - Which I had working on a HD Recorder downstairs via the RCA cables, but will not work upstairs where I want it setup.
I am using VCR Output > Scart to RCA converter, > RCA Cable > RCA to S-video converter (suplied with projector.

I can't get this to work either, I have tried varous old VCRs as well....

Any Ideas on any of those problems please? I am now clueless!!

If It's not broken, Don't fix it!

Id probably just order a longer VGA cable will save you a hell of allot of problems.
25ft cable for £10:

Ebay is your friend :)

I don't think you can do the second transformation as i *think* VCR is analogue and S-video is digital :S
Merry Xmas
