hi,

does the latest Azureus, 2.4xxx have a problem on dual core machines? I have an amd x2 4400+ and it seems to be crashing quite often... just shutting down and disappearing every so often.

also, im having problems with dreamfall:the longest journey... it keeps freezing the computer every so often as well, forcing a reboot... [is it like war3 and requires to set the affinity to one cpu?]

i have all the latest drivers and updates for every component... what could be the problem?

Take this with a grain of salt, but after replacing a 4000+ with a dual-core Opteron I had a few programs that became unstable or didn't function correctly. They required an uninstall, regclean, and reinstall before they functioned as they did before the upgrade.

A grain of salt because I really believe a clean install of the OS is the only thing that will setup the HAL exactly how it should be. :)
