I have given a friend my old graphics card, motherboard and cpu and he is having problems with the graphics. It is a 64mb Nvidia card and we downloaded the drivers from the offical web site (as I had lost them). Anyway when he attempts to load a game such as theme park world, the monitor just puts itself into stanby mode and the only way to sort it out is a restart. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

i have actually started to see these lines under the words that are for adds, i think that they are put in once it is posted, nothing done by postee....now to answer your question.....
some drivers are not really made for certain games, my suggestion would be to try to use old drivers and see if that fixes it, and also check settings in cmos, might be something there related, hope this helps
