Hello all.

I recently installed Daemon Tools on to my pc, and discovered that my dvd-rw drive has stopped working as a result. What happens is it will not read any cd's or dvd's of any sort, but Windows sees the drive. I suspect that it is because I had roxio on my pc when I installed Daemon. I have tried everything and it still wont work. I was hoping some of you can help because I really don't want to have to buy another dvd-rw drive for my pc.
Thanks for your help in this matter.

i guess you should try the drive in other comp, see if it has gone bad before thinking about fixing.

And I don't think it is a problem with the drive itself, I think daemon crapped up my drive by creating a fake drive on my system. And I tried removing all of Daemons registry keys as well.
