If it was taking 10 minutes to boot then I would be questioning the drive(s) (hard drive in particular).

i tried changing the motherboard, power supply, and cpu. none of those worked. if it's a problem with my hard drive, is there anyway i can salvage the info on it. or is there a way to fix it without reformatting?
