CPU/Ram: Athlon XP 2000+ 128 DDR

new motherboard new ddr memory, new nvidia videocard brand new cpu. my problem is when i turn on the power everything starts up the display turns on i hear 1 beep and then the display turns off. i have built many computers but this one is really frustating me. help please !!!!!!
