I have the Opti Audio 16 or preferably known as: OPTI 931 Plug-N-Play sound system. But I have something wrong with it: It gives noise on 2 portals, such as 534 and (soundblaster compatible) 220. On port 534 it works fine, but when I use port 220, it doesn't give any sound at all. Please Help????

It looks like it is time to replace your Opti 931 sound card.Sound cards can be configured with the right drivers ,show no signs of apparent problems under the Windows hardware system properties and still no sound will be heard from the speakers.Good luck.
