problem with office xp

CPU/Ram: 1 gig sdram 133

I keep getting this message every time i open and close a office XP program "The file contains micros with and expired or revoked signature. Since you are running under high security level, these macros will be disabled" How do i get rid of this message?

In any Office program click on the tools menu, then click on the macros submenu, in there click on security and then reset it to whatever you want (I suggest medium)
