I just recently bought a DVD burners. The main reason i bought it was so that i could fit

alot of stuff on a DVD-R discs as and when I need to, ie..data, films etc.

However, I have jst realised that my Divx Player cant see the films that Ive burnt on the

DVD-R discs the second time around! Any one kno why this is, and if there is any solution to

it?

Are there any known problems with divx players not being able to accept multisession Ddv-r

discs?

My burner burner model is : NEC ND3540, the latest one out at the mo. Im using Datawrite

Classic 4.7GB 8 Speed DVD-R discs. And im buring it using Nero 6.6 Ultra edition.

Any help, would be much appreciated

Is nero converting it to Mpeg 2 when it copies it? That would be my first guess, because if that is the case you need a DVD decoder (either software or hardware) to watch them.

Coolermaster Wavemaster

Nah..I dont think Nero is converting it, coz Im burning it as data, and not as video..so im assumin it should leave it as it is.

Looks like your DivX player can't read multi-session disc or Nero is screwed up on multi-session coz I am having the same problem now.

My DVD+R is full with 3 sessions by Windows says the disc is blank and in the RAW format.
