Problem with Asus Black Pearl P4PE

I'm working on a workstation that I have with an Asus Black Pearl P4PE mother board. I have an internal memory card reader that I'm trying to install that came with the case. However I've looked over the manual that came with the mother board and I can't find if there is a set of jumpers on the motherboard to plug it into. The only one I find that is large enough to take the plug is the game port jumpers on the motherboard. But I don't know if windows will read it plugged in there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't be tempted into trying to plug it into the game port.

NTVDM = NT, Win2K and WinXP Virtual DOS Manager

The usb header is next to the game header. Page 1-20 of the manual.
