Nope...I press the Go and Cancel buttons simultaneously then let go and a couple of seconds later the config page prints out. No errors no nothing...except the second page doesn't print. I need the MAC id to reinstall the prtr on my Win2003 server. Never seen this before and browsing HP support but wow,,,still no joy. Thanks for the quick response and hoping someone out there has experienced this scenario and has a solution!
