I have a compaq ij600 printer, have had it for a few years with no major problems. Recently i moved and after reconnecting everything, my printer wont print. It used to print as soon as i clicked print. Now i get this processes box that says spooling and it sits like that for a long time then it says printing, but it does nothing.
I disconnected my scanner and tried direct connecting, i reinstalled the printer several times, it will do a test print fine, it will print a page on the web fine, but wont print a document from works or notepad.
The spooler box never came up before this. The printer is connected to lpt1.
Any ideas??

XP Home sp1., Compaq Presario 55030NX, 256mb ram, AMD Athlon,
