|Good morning! This is the problem I'm having. I have an Epson CX3810 printer. I've had it for about 2 years, and it has always run perfectly. This weekend, I went to purchase 2 ink cartridges for it: a black one and a magenta one. I installed them as usual, and the ink screen on my computer reflected that I now had magenta and black ink. However, when I try to print, it only prints in blue/yellow ink. It's almost as if it's not recognizing that I have black/magenta now. To make matters worse, the ink levels on my computer screen show that I've used up 1/4 of the black ink already! My pages haven't come out smeared in black, so I have no idea where my ink is going.|
I'd truly appreciate any assistance y'all could give me. Thank you in advance!
