But this happen in photo-editing programs like MS Paint and Photoshop, in MS Word i face no issues*Note i got this issue recently, so the printer was able to ignore white before
Printer Information:
HP Deskjet F2483 [Black Cartilage installed]
Windows: Win7 Ultimate SP1Sorry for bad English

Needs just a little bit more information than that. What kind of printer are you using. Dot Matrix, Lazer, ink jet, make and model.

Go to the printers configuration screen and find the print head clean function and operate it. This will activate the printer and feed a sheet of paper through, cleaning the print heads in the process. If this fails you will need to replece the ink cartridge. On thi sprinter the print head is incorporated in the ink cartridge.

If it's happening while printing graphics from a graphics program but not in a word processing program I would tend to think it's a driver issue. Go to HP's website and get the latest drivers for your printer. I would give you the link but the model number you posted isn't valid on HP's site.
When I click on that link it takes me to an HP webpage that says - HP was unable to find the page you wanted.
Perhaps you are in a different country than the US and the HP site is just giving me the US pages.mostafaz4, Go to HP's website, click on the link at the top of the page for Support & Drivers and it will take you to the page to download your drivers. It may ask for the country you are in.
