Recently I moved and had to disconnect my printer from my computer. The problem Im having is when I try to reconnect my printer back to my computer, theres only the scanner to be found and access is denied to add aprinter to my computer. I have a Espon series, what may be causing this problem.
Is it wireless or USB? Most printers can be installed with add a printer in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers
Its both, once in the control panel I tried to click on add printer but it states access denied
Doesn't sound like the printer, more like a computer/software problem. If you haven't already try logging on as admin.
