Comment: My printers on our network work fine, except the clients on the wireless network have great difficulty printing occasionally. Often the status box will read 'opening' or 'initialising' or even 'failed to connect' . Sometimes this even happens the wired pc guys. It really bugs me. Why am I having to reconnect the printer so many times? any ideas?

Reply: (edit)Your question is a waste of time without a whole lot more information about the environment you are talking about. What type of printer/s? How many? Are they attached to individual PCs on your network or are they individually network capable? Attached to a printserver? If so what make/model? What kind of traffic does your network have to handle? How many clients? What operating systems and other software? Has this problem been evident from the outset or did it develop recently? I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.
