Print Spooler won't start

CPU/Ram: Intel Celeron/40GB
Product: eMachines/T1740

When trying to Start the Print Spooler, the following message appears:

Could not start the Print Spooler service –
Error 1075: The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion.

How do I find out what the dependency service is and how do I replace it?
