press F1 to boot?

CPU/Ram: an35n ultra/ 512

When i turn on my computer I have to push F1 just to get windows xp to boot, how Do i fix That?

could be a fan failure, is it a DEll?
could be a battery too, need more info

I built my own computer, the mtoherboard is a an35n ultra by shuttle. amd xp 2600

Things I know that can make you need to press F1 durring POST

1. dead CMOS battery
2. bad floppy drive
3. Keyboard error (witch is funny as hell
if you think about it)
