Your problem isn't wattage, it's that your PSU is a cheap piece of junk.

And if you're not willing to spend what it takes to get something decent, you're gonna end up with exactly the same problem. Plan on spending at least $50 US

OK, then look for a psu that has a single 12 volt rail with 30 amps or more on it. Good Luck and you get what you pay for....
