Power supply! Urgent!

I have a dell laptop. Inspiron 9400 This moring, found that my power supply not working! Was making a bleeping sound, no green light. I tried a few things, resetting power supply, leaving batt out, holding down power button for 10 seconds ect. I need my laptop this weeking for work!! Need some suggestions asap please guys!! Help :(
