I want to ask you something about my new equipment..

P4at3GHz Prescott
ASUS P4C800e deluxe
2X512 memory (DUAL 400)
CD\RW
CD DVD
ATI 9600 XT


Can a 350W Power supplier handle all these ??

Yes it can but I would recommend you go just a tad higher.

The presocott is just abit power hungry little sucker.

But you didnt mention how many hard drives you have.

Recommend you go up to about 380.

The antec Truepower with seperate case fan connecotors. na voltage regulator in built, for the 12v rail

Check the specs on the PSU...make sure it has a minimum of 16-18 amps on the +12v rail...more is even better

yes it can, i recommend an ATX power supply 350+or higher
