Power Supply for IBM ThinkCentre

IBM ThinkCentre model 8187WA2,starts for few seconds then shuts down, can any 230 V Power Supply off the shelf replace it on IBM ? also cannot find a service ,or basic manual for it anywhere ,any ideas?
