Power Supply Connectors Do Not Reach

September 28, 2010 at 12:10:22
Specs: Windows XP
I am currently building a computer and my power supply's connectors do not reach the ports on the motherboard, for both the 4 pin and the 24 pin. Am I better off buying a different power supply and return this one? Or should I purchase extensions for both? My case is Thermaltake V3 Black Edition, where the PSU is mounted on the bottom, and my motherboard's Power Connectors are at the Top. What should I do?

Buy a new case & get a new power supply too. Eagle is a cheap generic brand. How much did you pay for it...about $20? You should be spending 2-3 times that much for a name brand unit.
