Power Supplies ATX 2.0 vs EPS?

Is there any difference between power supplies marked as "EPS" and those marked as "ATX 2.0"? They both have the 24-pin connectors. I know EPS came from SSI and was orginially meant for servers. Is ATX 2.0 just EPS coming into the mainstream market? Thanks
