Power button is inconsistent

Comment:

Sometimes when I press the power button on this unit it
doesn't come on. If I remove the power cord from the unit or
the surge strip then plug back in, it powers on when I press the
button. I do notice when It does power on ,the power light
flickers twice before it boots. What could be causing this
issue? Had the unit for sometime now and had this problem
before.
