I have an old HP Vectra VE 6/400 case that I recently gutted and fitted with a new Altos AL-694T motherboard and all new components. When I got to hooking up the power button, I noticed that the power button/hd led/pwr led cable (6 pin female) will not fit in my new motherboard. I have an old case that I took apart and tried using the button cables on it, because they are all seperate, but still no luck. What should I do? I really don't want to buy another case :(

All you have to do is to take the leads out of the 6-pin HP connector and remove the connector shells from the other computer insert the proper pins.
