Appreciate some assistance.
Got an Altec Lansing Multimedia Computer Speaker System ACS41. Apparently they were used on a Gateway 2000 PC.
However, the power adapter was lost. The speakers do not have any electrical specs on them regarding voltage, amps, and polarity.
Anyone know of any way this type of info can be found out, in order to get the right power adapter for them. Do not care to fry them with an overkill. Prefer not to go to Radio Shack, they normally are rather expensive, and the people who own this do not want to go that route.
