i have a 500gb toshiba usb portable harddrive but it doesnt open like its supposed to....autoplay . dont have the quickstart guide
Are you saying it doesn't work, or just doesn't auotoplay?
the insalshield wizzard replies cannot open file and then the usb icon in the lower right leaves and you hear the ding of hardware being removed
ive never seen the icom for the device anywhere,and ive tried both usby abd usb highspeed cables. is that a special usb cable or something, or is there some secret found in the quick install guide that im not doing?
