please help Upgrading my video card

Product: HP Compaq dc7100 Converti

hi i have HP Compaq dc7100 Convertible
Minitower PC having
P4 3.0GHZ/ 1.5 Gig Ram and i use Windows XP
Professional.
and i have Chipset Intel 915G Express
and Intergrated Intel Graphics Media
Accelerator 900 128MB Shared DDR SDRAM PCI
Express graphic card
but this card sucks for recent games
so please can anyone suggest me which new
video card will be compatible and suitable
for my PC . I wanna buy the video card which works with my PC and don't wanna regret later.

Your Compaq has a PCI-express x16 slot & accepts full size cards, & it has a 340W power supply:

Just about anything is gonna be better than the integrated GMA900 but because the power supply is relatively weak, you'll have to get something that's not too power hungry. I don't know how much you're willing to spend, but this article should be helpful:

but these GDDR2 and GDDR3 memory type video
cards will work in my PC?
cause my PC has got DDR memory type RAM
though it has PCI-E slot.

That's impossilbe. GDDR2 and DDR are quite different.
