If it's an actual graphics card that's fitted in to a PCI or PCI-E slot, it isn't supposed to be listed in the BIOS at all. Only the on-board graphics adapter is listed in the BIOS, and when you fit a graphics card the on-board one is automatically disabled.
You listed your CPU as an i5 3570k. It has Intel HD 4000 graphics integrated into it. The HD 4000 has no graphics memory, it uses system RAM. Make sure you have the monitor cable connected to the video card, NOT the motherboard port.
