As a favor to you I removed your email address. Posting it in the open forum like that can result in your getting more spam mail. Besides that, this is a FREE public forum. As such we don't give individual help Via email.

Now to your problem. Has someone else been using your computer? It appears your permissions have been set to not allow you to save anything to disk. This couldn't get set like that by itself.

How old are you?

What is the brand and model of the computer and what kind of WinXP CD do you have? Does it say Windows XP on it or the brand of the computer name on it?

I believe 'save to disk' is a standby/hibernate option. Usually a
program was provided to setup the save file.
