The only thing "budget" about it is the motherboard & that's not where you should be cutting corners. I suggest you get a board based on an AMD 900-series chipset, not an older 700-series. The 900-series was made for the FX.

Is the case deep enough for that video card? Important to check first.
Consider upgrading to the WD Black series HD which is a faster drive and should improve performance if not using an SSD drive.
Otherwise riider I think covered it all.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
