My problem is that I can use my burner with burning programs like Record now max, Prassi PrimoDVD, or Nero. It won’t show up as a recordable device like my CD-RW.
There's nothing physically wrong with the dvd burner. It reads CDs and DVDs and it burns with the programs it came with like Easy CD Creator 5 Basic. But I need it to work with other programs because Easy CD Creator 5 can't burn some things I need. I know that the burner should work with record now max because people have told me that they're use it with the burner. I've tried setting the burner to master and slave modes and it doesn't make a difference. It's always stays as D drive.
