Philips TV Tuners driver for FI1236/W H-3

Specs: Windows 7
I have Philips TV Tuner card in my Desktop PC FI1236/W H-3
and have upgraded from XP to Windows 7.
My Media center is not recognizing my tv tuner
what can I do..Is there another driver I need to install
i have tried the following drivers
ATI 128MB PCI-Express x16 (DVI/VGA/TV-out) Radeon X800 SE425c/350m 8 pipes
ATI TVT1 EHome Wonder & ATI TVT2-DT TV Wonder Elite

If you have the CD that came with the TV tuner card, install the software for Windows 7 for it from the CD.

If you don't, or if you do but it doesn't have Windows 7 software, go here and get it:

You don't need to install Catalyst again for it. You don't need to install the ATI TV tuner viewing program.

After the software has been installed, you need to set up the TV tuner in Media Center as well
