Specs: Linux
Hi all,

Computer is samsung 5 ultra laptop, the pheonix securecode tiano message pops up whenever computer is rebooted, pressing down F8 when rebooting doesnt help me avoid this message (someone advised this worked for them), and I have but two questions;

1. Why is this suddenly popping up when my computer had no particular problem?

2. What is the set up needed to avoid loss of any info on the computer?

Thanks and will visit after service center if no solution is found here.

It's Phoenix SecureCore Technology which is the UEFI/BIOS type. I can only guess that one or more of the settings need to be corrected. It could be something as simple as the date/time are wrong. Enter the setup menu & see if you spot any problems. Make sure to save your changes before you exit.
