I just upgraded my mobo to a A7n8x-x, and i have a geforce 4 ti4200 8X. In CS, i read 100 fps non stop, and as long as im not turning, everythign is smooth as water. The second i turn, its not smooth and it seems to flicker and jump, all the while reading 100 fps. I did reforce, but theres still a big problem. What do i do?

Try enabling V-Sync, so the framerate is limited to your monitor's refresh rate, that may fix the problem.

If you have a good enough monitor, you could also try bumping up the refresh rate to 100 or 120, but make sure your monitor will allow it and will handle it first. Otherwise, the vert-sync is a great idea. Either one should/could fix the problem.
