Pentium IV starts slow..

I have a clone with D585MV and Pentium 4 2ghz and sometimes starts slow. My windows start wave is slow (The girl says Initiating Start-Up System in a deep voice).I reset and goes back to normal. Is this some kind of glitch?

Thanks Dave, but as I said, the problem do not happen every time. It`s sometimes only.It may take few days to show up again. If it were a program on startup list it should happen all the time...
