Pentium 4 HT Processor

CPU/Ram: 3.0GHz/ 2GB Ram
Product: Dell 4600

I was wondering, would there be much of a difference between a;

Pentium 4 HT 3.0GHz -
Northwood (L1 Cache 8Kb)(L2 Cache 512Kb)

Pentium 4 HT 3.0GHz -
Prescott (L1 Cache 16Kb)(L2 Cache 1024Kb)

Both have 800MHz FSB

I know the Prescott would probably be faster, but would it be much faster?
