I have one 256mb PCI-e graphics card and a motherboard with one PCI-e slot and more AGP, So is there any adapter that goes from a PCI-e graphics card to a AGP slot on the motherboard? Also will the graphics cards work together with the memory and stuff when you hook em up?

So, you are saying your motherboard has more than one AGP? Very doubtful.

If you use one PCI-E card and one AGP card of the same type, will they work together?

Your questions are confusing.
Are you trying to use two display adapters on a MOBO that has both PCIe and AGP slots?

What mother board do you have. I know there are a few that have AGP and PCI express (very few), but I wasn't aware that they let you use both simultaneously. I would suspect not (same as a MB that support SD Ram and DDR Ram - you can't use both at the same time.)
