Was wondering which 2 slots on this board were PCIe 2.0 for I do not want to cover up both PCI slots because I have a seperate sound card I would like to use. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The link you provided shows a detailed labeled view. The third from left on the top of the image views. The green are PCIe and the PCI are inbetween them.
That seems like an expensive board.

That would be the two green PCIe slots closest to the red SATA header or CPU socket.
