For some reason, when i try to install my ST Lab PCI USB controller card to and old computer, it makes the screen go black when i start the compie.And every time, even with different graphics card, it just goes black and freezes.I'm quite helpless at this point now, because everything i seem to know, i have done already..
Maybe someone can give any useful pointers of how to solve this prob.
Thanks in advance.

Are you sure the slot is functioning correctly? do you have any other PCI device you could try in it?
