pci multimedia audio controller

Where can I get a driver for the pci multimedia audio controller and the pci enternet controller? I loaded on windows 2000 on my brother's computer, and it came up with those 2 needing drivers. Can someone please help me? Thank you.

You need to know the exact make/model of ethernet controller & sound chip, then search for compatible drivers. If you don't know what they are, open the case, find the chips on the motherboard, write down the numbers, then start googling.
