If it's a piece of crap, why bother upgrading it?
My personal opinion is nvidia graphic cards. But others do prefer ATI. Since I'm not an ATI person, I can only say that the DDR memory seems kind of low for today's standard video cards.
What kind of price are you seeing for that one?

The Radeon 9200SE is not a good gaming card. It's 64-bit & doesn't support DX9, so if gaming is what you're looking for, you can scrap the 9200SE idea right now.

Here's your best bet without breaking the bank. Geforce FX5200 128MB/128-bit PCI for about $70:

You have no clue what your doing do you? That card you just listed is AGP.. Your looking for PCI yes? and getting it for 10 dollars?... that sounds EBayish..I would not shop from ebay.. Also.. do you even know what kind of card you need? PCI is extremely dated.. there is no decent cards for it anymore.. AGP is becoming dated over time. If you have a AGP slot you can give your system a longer run then getting a PCI video card.

I know that card is AGP and im looking for ether.

"and getting it for 10 dollars?... that sounds EBayish..I would not shop from ebay.. Also.. do you even know what kind of card you need?"

Yes it is an ebay item. yes im looking for a PCI for my Dell OR a AGP for my Custom.

"PCI is extremely dated.. there is no decent cards for it anymore.. AGP is becoming dated over time."

I already know that, thats why Dell didnt offer a Demention 3000 with AGP slots only PCI.

"If you have a AGP slot you can give your system a longer run then getting a PCI video card."

I already knew that to.

Now Look!
Hey man, if you know that you don't have an AGP slot for an AGP card, why you bother looking for it?
Look, wait for a while get some cash and buy this card. I mean if you are going to buy an 18 dollar video card, then it is not going to be any better than your integrited onboard one.
So wait, and go get some decent card, even though PCI cards are already out of date.

Anyways, I would suggest this card, so far it is about 70 dollars, not very expensive, but will at least will meet you minimum needs :)

I didn't list the FX5500 PCI card because I think it's too expensive. Go with the FX5200, but the specs listed in response #5 leave out the most important info...the memory interface. Generally if it's not listed, it's a 64-bit card.

There are plenty of cheap 128MB/128-bit DX9 compatible AGP cards out there. My personal favorite in that low cost group is still the Radeon 9550

ASUS A7N8X-X
Athlon XP 1800+
8.5 x 200MHz
1024MB PC3200 2.5-3-3-7
