Recently I bought my self a PCI Express raid adapter. I installed it and waited excitedly for the controllers bios screen to appear so I could hit Ctr A in this case. It never appeared and when Windows booted it did not find new hardware. Thinking the card was DOA I got a different one and it did not work either. I tried in both PCI express slots and nothing happens. I have had PCI disk controllers in there and they have worked fine. It seems unlikely that both PCI express slots are malfunctioning (I have no other PCI express cards to test). Could it be that this motherboard (Gigabyte GA-8I915P Duo Pro) does not support this type of card on the PCI express or could there be something in the bios to enable this? Please impart some of your wisdom. muchos gracias
