Specs: Windows XP, Intel Celeron
I can't remember or find the key combination that needs to be used to change the BIOS settings (from the CMOS). I have tried DEL; F1; F4 and F8 but I seem to remember it was something odd like CTRL-Enter (which didn't work either. Anyone know the combination please?

To change bios settings use 4 arrows, enter and escape keys. If u don't know the correct key to access bios pause the post screen by pressing pause break key.

Thank you for your response,Kuwese, my problem was not how to change the settings once I get into the Bios manager but how to get into it. By pause-break I assume you meant the CTRL-S combination (which used to work to pause the boot up process in the early days of computing, but I can't recall it working in recent years.

The problem (as I discovered) is that most manufacturers use their own access combination and, since it is almost never used it can be impossible to find out. The BIOS *says* to use the DEL key - but that has never worked for this computer.

I have a USB keyboard connected (via adapter) to the PS2 port. It is working perfectly.
The problem is not the keyboard, it's that I can't remember the key combination to access the bios. With thousands of possible combinations I thought I would ask someone who might know.
