Is it safe to use PC66 ram with PC133 in a PC66 mobo?

(i've got a 128MB PC133, and a 32MB PC66)

The 128MB PC133 is single sided, so my old motherboard only can use 64MB of it :(

I would only use the PC133 ram.
It will work by itself forsher.
But it will operate at 66mhz.
