pc won't turn on

My pc won't turn on. i changed power supply to a
new but it doesn't work. when i unplug all the
periph.s put only cpu, moth., power, unplug +12 v
4 pin cable it works what is the problem the cpu
or mother

Probably your mother board. But are you sure that you have plugged everything right and that the power supply is enough to support the set up of your computer?
